Privacy Notice
Sanctorum Labs runs Sanctorum. This notice explains how we handle personal data on this website and in Sanctorum Studio, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect and why
When you ask for a demo, we collect your name, work email, company, role, the products you’re interested in, your message and the call time you pick, and use them only to reply and arrange the demo.
To stop spam, we keep a one-way scrambled form of your IP address with your request. We never store the address itself.
If you make a cookie choice, we keep a record of it, as described in our Cookie Policy. That record holds a random ID, the choice and its time. It has no name or email.
If you send a privacy request, we keep it so we can act on it and show that we did.
Who sees it
Our team, our hosting provider (to be confirmed) and our email provider (to be confirmed), only so they can run the service for us. To book your call, Google (Google Workspace) receives your name, work email, company, role, interests and call time, and creates the calendar invite and Google Meet link. If you allow Functional cookies, YouTube and Vimeo receive what their players need to load. We don’t sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Withdrawing consent
Change your cookie choice at any time from Cookie settings. To stop hearing from us about an enquiry, or to have it deleted, use the form below or email our grievance officer.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal applies from then on. It does not undo what happened before.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you and who we’ve shared it with;
- correct, complete or update it;
- erase it, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- act on the instructions of someone you nominate, if you die or cannot act yourself;
- resolve a grievance about how we handled your data.

Complaints
If our reply doesn’t resolve your concern, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and privacy requests: 24 months after our last contact with you.
- Cookie choice records: 12 months after each choice.
- Backups that contain this data are replaced within about five weeks.
Children
This site is for adults acting for a business. We don’t knowingly collect children’s data, and if we learn we have, we delete it.
Changes
When this notice changes, we update the date at the top. If the change affects cookies, we ask for your choice again.
